About Us:
Robin Ingalls-Fitzgerald, company founder, has been in the medical industry for over 23 years. She has been a coder for 14 years and holds a certification with the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) www.ahima.org as a CCS certified coding specialist.  She has an extensive history of E & M level from the ED department in medical practice.  Robin has worked as a resource for billing departments to assist with correct coding and billing practices.  She has a background in NCD and LCD to assist practices in coding ancillary testing to help cut down the rejection rate. Judith Riley, co-founder, is a credentialed RHIT with the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) who has been a health information specialist for over 25 years.  Her extensive experience includes over 15 years of coding management experience and over 12 years of direct hands-on ICD-9-CM and CPT-4 coding.  She has written numerous online coding education articles as well as working as an independent coding consultant and medical terminology instructor for adult learners. Judy is also currently an adjunct faculty member at NHTI (New Hampshire Technical Institute), Concord, NH in the Medical Coding Program. Additional qualifications are listed below.
