Webheadshot RobinRobin Ingalls-Fitzgerald

Robin, Company Founder, CEO and President, has been in the health care industry for over 35 years. She has been a medical coder for nearly 25 years and holds certifications with the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) www.ahima.org and the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) www.aapc.com. She has expertise in E & M coding in both the Emergency Department and practice settings. Robin’s knowledge of Medicare coding and billing guidelines, NCD’s, LCD’s and NCCI edits is an invaluable resource to facility and practice billing departments, facilitating accurate claims submission, reducing claims rejections, and eliminating costly rework.

Robin is activity involved in her community, having served on the NH Economic Development Task Force, the historic district committee and the downtown re-vitalization committee. She is engaged in philanthropic activities including The Go Gray in May 5K, benefiting The National Brain Tumor Society.

Janet Shokal

Janet Shokal, Executive Director of Operations, is a New Hampshire native who returned to NH to join MRS in 2015 after 13 years working for Higher Education Institutions. Janet has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Coastal Carolina University and a Masters Degree in Post-Secondary Educational Leadership from San Diego State University. She brings with her extensive experience with adult education, leadership, assessment, logistics and strategic planning. Her responsibilities as the Executive Director of Operations include procurement, assessment, contracts and proposals, education initiatives, internships, event planning, marketing, HR, and philanthropy. When she’s not working, she enjoys gardening, home renovation projects, drawing, traveling and spending time with her family which includes three daughters ages 6, 6 and 4.

 

Kyle Talcott

Kyle Talcott joined MRS in February of 2018 as Director of Billing Services. Kyle studied Criminology at the University of Southern Maine in Gorham, ME and is originally from Lebanon, NH. His current projects for MRS include audit prep, billing and coding services and client onboarding. In his spare time he coaches high school lacrosse, plays softball, loves to cook, and has mastered getting three daughters ready and to school on time.

 

Judy Riley

Judy Riley, RHIT, CCS,  is a long-time HIM professional.  As the Manager of Quality, she is a coding educator who has a love of teaching and a wealth of coding knowledge to share with her MRS students.  She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Maine with a B.S. in community health education, and holds an A.S. in HIM technology from Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill, MA.  She is an active member of the American Health Information Management Association, and is credentialed as an RHIT and CCS through that professional organization.

Her professional work experience includes management of HIM departments, coding and CDI departments, auditing and RAC review.  She has been a college-level coding educator, medical terminology instructor, online coding educator and coding consultant.  She has taught students of all ages and knowledge levels, from beginners to experienced coders and healthcare providers.
